Get Gambit – Subscription Policy

Welcome to Get Gambit! This Subscription Policy (this “Policy”) outlines the terms and conditions regarding your subscription to certain recurring Fulfillment Services provided by 13785017 Canada Inc. (d/b/a Get Gambit), herein “Get Gambit”. By subscribing to any recurring Fulfillment Services, you agree to be bound by our Terms of Use and Service (the “Terms”) as well as any and all other policies issued pursuant to it, including this Policy. Capitalized terms used herein are defined in the Terms posted on the Website or available upon request by emailing support@getgambit.ca.

  1. Subscription to certain Fulfillment Services

Description of Services: Get Gambit offers certain recurring Fulfillment Services on a subscription basis, including but not limited to:

  • Medical Assessments, Follow-Ups, and Lab Requisitions
  • Health Program Memberships
  • Prescription Renewals for certain medications
  • Payment Plans for a service, product, or medication.

 

  1. Billing, Payment, Cancellation, and Refunds

Payment Terms: Subscription fees are billed automatically on a recurring basis, depending on the billing cycle chosen by you. By enrolling in a subscription, you agree to have and continue to have for the duration of your subscription an active credit card stored with Get Gambit’s secure payment processor, Stripe.

Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you inform our team in writing to cancel the subscription. You will be notified in advance of any changes to the subscription fees.

Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your subscription by contacting Get Gambit via email or phone with effect at the end of the current billing cycle. However, in the event that you are enrolled in a subscription for certain treatment-related Fulfillment Services that require the continued monitoring of our Independent Healthcare Providers and/or Allied Health Team (collectively, our “Allied Health Team”), then you agree that your subscription shall only be cancelled once our Allied Health Team is able to discontinue you from such Fulfillment Services in a safe-manner.

Please note: Payment plans can not be cancelled as they are a payment for balance owing for completed Fulfillment Services.

Refunds: Refunds are processed based on our Refund Policy (https://getgambit.ca/refund-policy/).

  1. Changes to Subscription Terms

We reserve the right to modify this Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless stated otherwise.
