Initially had issues/misunderstandings with billing shipping, etc. there seemed to be a bit of disconnect between the Dr and the support team. The doctor himself has been awesome... informative and available which is had to find. I just started my first week and everything appears to be sorted out personally by him. How does Get Gambit work?

- Online intake. A short online assessment captures your symptoms, goals, and medical history so the specialist starts with the full picture, not a checkbox.
- Bloodwork (for protocols that need it). Programs that involve a hormone or metabolic protocol include a blood panel run at a lab near you — either an eligibility-tier panel or the full 50+ biomarker comprehensive, depending on the program you’re on.

- Personalized protocol. Health Canada approved medications with DIN numbers, dispensed by a licensed Canadian pharmacy and shipped to your door.

Who reviews my case?
Our internal medicine specialist reviews every case personally — one specialist, not a board of subcontracted GPs and not a nurse-practitioner queue. Dr. Salim is a Royal College–certified internal medicine specialist (FRCPC), CPSO-licensed, with training from Western University. He reads your bloodwork against your symptoms, your goals, and your medical history before any prescription is written, and he’s the one adjusting your protocol when a marker drifts. That’s the difference between a clinic and a subscription.
Where do my medications come from?
Every prescription is written by Dr. Salim, dispensed through a licensed Canadian specialty pharmacy that we work with directly, and shipped to the address you intake with. Where a Health Canada approved formulation exists for your protocol, you receive a medication with a DIN number — manufactured to Health Canada standards and verifiable on the public DIN registry. Where your protocol calls for a custom-prepared formulation — a peptide, a specific dosage, or a route that doesn’t come pre-packaged — it’s prepared in a Canadian pharmacy that’s licensed and inspected by its provincial College of Pharmacists, the same regulator that oversees the pharmacy that filled your last antibiotic. Your specialist’s prescription, your pharmacy’s preparation, your courier delivery — documented end to end, in Canada, the whole way.
What does it cost? Do I need provincial insurance?
No insurance required. Get Gambit is direct-pay, with everything priced upfront before you commit. The eligibility assessment is $50–$100 depending on program — intake review, preliminary bloodwork, and a specialist screen to confirm you’re a candidate. The full comprehensive (50+ biomarker panel, specialist interpretation, personalized protocol, and ongoing follow-up) is $485 + provincial percentage. If the specialist finds you clinically ineligible after the comprehensive bloodwork, Get Gambit refunds 95% — and you keep your full panel read either way.
