Prioritize your hormonal health.

Our specialist-led assessments are built on a 60+ biomarker blood and urine panel, with protocols personalized for you.

Common Reasons for Assessment

Changes in motivation, focus, or daily performance can be influenced by sleep, stress, lifestyle, medical history, medications, and hormone related factors.

Changes in libido or sexual function can have many causes. A clinician guided review can help determine whether hormone markers or other health factors should be assessed.

Low energy, mood changes, and sleep disruption can be related to many health factors. Lab testing may be considered when clinically appropriate.

Changes in strength, recovery, or body composition can be influenced by training, nutrition, sleep, stress, medications, and underlying health factors.

What is hormone health, and how does it work at Gambit?

Hormone health refers to the way hormone related markers may interact with symptoms, medical history, sleep, stress, metabolism, sexual health, and overall wellbeing.

At Get Gambit, your assessment starts with a clinical intake and relevant biomarker testing where appropriate. A licensed clinician reviews your results in context and helps determine what next steps may be clinically appropriate.

How do I know which assessment is right for me?

You do not need to choose alone. Your intake, symptoms, goals, medical history, medications, and relevant risk factors help guide the assessment pathway.

Some patients begin with a focused eligibility assessment. Others may be better suited for a broader biomarker panel. Testing and next steps are reviewed by a licensed clinician based on clinical context.

Can I do this without going into a clinic?

Yes. Get Gambit offers a Canadian telehealth assessment pathway. You can complete your intake online, and when lab testing is appropriate, blood collection is arranged through a certified partner laboratory in your province.

Your results are reviewed virtually by licensed Canadian clinicians. In person care, referrals, or urgent evaluation may still be recommended when clinically appropriate.

What does this cost?

Eligibility assessments start at $50 where available. Comprehensive biomarker assessments may vary depending on the panel selected, province, clinical needs, and any optional add ons.

Medication, pharmacy services, imaging, specialist referrals, and follow up services may be billed separately where applicable. Our team will review available options before you proceed.

Does bloodwork diagnose hormone problems?

Bloodwork is one part of the assessment. Hormone related markers must be interpreted alongside symptoms, medical history, medications, sleep, stress, age, sex, and other clinical factors.

A lab result alone does not confirm a diagnosis or determine treatment. A licensed clinician reviews your results in context and discusses clinically appropriate next steps.

What markers may be included?

Testing may include hormone, thyroid, metabolic, cardiovascular, nutrient, adrenal, liver, kidney, blood health, and other relevant markers.

The exact panel may vary based on sex, age, symptoms, medical history, province, and clinician judgement.

Will I receive treatment after my assessment?

Treatment is not guaranteed. Any treatment, referral, monitoring plan, or follow up is considered only when clinically appropriate and reviewed by a licensed clinician.

If treatment is not appropriate, your clinician may recommend lifestyle changes, further testing, referral to another provider, or follow up with your primary care provider.

Can I use my results with another clinician?

Yes. Your lab results and assessment summary can help support future conversations with your primary care provider or another licensed healthcare professional.
